You're invited to the Pack 275 Blue and Gold Banquet and Annual Cake Decorating Contest!

Most Cub Scouts celebrate Scouting's Anniversary with a "birthday party" called the Blue and Gold Banquet. Help us celebrate and bring scout families together for an evening of fun and cheer! Boston Market will cater the event. Scouts may perform skits that they learn at their den meetings.

Arrow Of Light Graduation and Bridging Ceremony
This year we will also hold a ceremony to celebrate our Arrow of Light scouts' completed journey through Cub Scout and those who will bridge on to continue with Scouts BSA.

Back by popular demand is PACK 275’s ANNUAL CAKE CONTEST!
Show your creativity and baking skills. Award categories include Best Cub Scout theme and “Show Stopper!”

Every Cub Scout is welcome to enter a cake in the cake contest! The Cub Scout and an adult should plan, bake and decorate their cake together. The adult should be there to assist, but let the kids have fun creating something wonderful. Cakes entered into the cake contest will be served as dessert to scouts and guests attending the Blue and Gold Banquet. Scouts participating in the contest will receive recognition (think: funniest cake distinction) and an opportunity to win a ribbon.

Guidelines:
  • Check in your cake entries when you first arrive to the Blue and Gold dinner.
  • No store bought cakes. You may use boxed cake mixes, icing mixes or pre-made icing and decorations but please mix and decorate your own cake.
  • Here are samples of Cakes done around the nation: Cake Samples

We need lots of volunteers to make this happen!
Please help make this year's banquet memorable for our boys!
