Key Documents
Avoid the tears! Make sure your car is derby legal!
  • Pinewood Derby Race Rules

Scouts are free to leave after a successful check-in. Check-in is quick for legal cars, but please be patient, there are many more cars than judges. Pack judges will verify that all cars fall within legal weight, size and build requirements. After check-in Scouts cannot touch their cars and will get them back on race day.

To repeat: All cars will be checked-in and KEPT by the Derby Master until races are over on race day.

Car Adjustments
If cars need adjustments there will be materials to help on-site.
