A Jewish religious service recognizing Scouts
Visit Temple Shalom for a special sabbath ceremony recognizing Cub Scouts, Brownies, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. Friday evening family services are joyful, warm and welcoming, with something to touch both the mind and heart. The service will be led by the religious school, which includes Pack 275 scouts and alumni. The service features camp-style music, conducted by Cantor Lisa on guitar and our fabulous Youth Choir. The Rabbi engages and uplifts the congregation through prayer/blessings and the telling of a story (sermon). The service lasts about one hour and is followed by light refreshments. Please wear your uniform. Contacts: Adam Issenberg at adamissenberg@gmail.com |
